Here's a simple guide to prepare frozen lemon juice for a week!

Ingredients:

  • Seven lemons and
  • Seven 1 oz cups (or ice cube tray)

Instructions:

  • Cut each lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a glass.
  • Remove any seeds from the juice.
  • Pour the lemon juice into each 1 oz cup or the ice cube tray, filling each compartment about 3/4 full.
  • Place the ice cube tray in the freezer and freeze until solid.

How to Enjoy:

  • Every morning, pop out a lemon juice ice cube and add it to a glass of hot or cold water (8-12 oz).
  • Give it a stir and let the cube melt for a few minutes before enjoying your refreshing and revitalizing lemon water.
